Wallet Cashback: Terms & FAQ

GemHub Wallet Cashback: earn 5% of what you buy back in your GemHub wallet, to spend on your next online-payment order.

How it works

  • You buy and we deliver. Once your order is delivered and the 30-day return window has passed, we add 2 days for any refund in progress and then credit your wallet.
  • You receive an email from GemHub when the cashback is added. That is about 32 days after delivery.
  • Your balance shows next to your name when you sign in at gemhub.in/account and at checkout under "Apply store credit".

How much you get

  • Cashback is 5% of the value of the items you kept, after discounts such as PREPAID10 and after any refund.
  • Shipping and the Cash on Delivery charge do not earn cashback. The part of an order paid with your wallet does not earn cashback either.
  • The maximum cashback per order is ₹2,500.

Which orders earn it

  • Orders in Indian rupees that are delivered and kept. Prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders both qualify.
  • No cashback on cancelled orders, orders returned or refused, or orders that come back to us undelivered. If you return part of an order, cashback is based on the part you kept.

Spending your wallet

  • Sign in with the same email or phone you used for your order. At checkout, tick "Apply store credit" in the payment step.
  • Wallet balance can be used on orders paid online (card, UPI, net banking or wallets). It cannot be used on Cash on Delivery orders.
  • You can combine it with PREPAID10.
  • Wallet balance expires 180 days after it is credited.

Good to know

  • Wallet balance is not cash. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money.
  • If an order is refunded after cashback was credited, for example after a payment dispute, we may reverse that cashback.
  • GemHub may change or end this programme at any time. Cashback already credited stays valid until it expires.

Questions

Do I need an account? You earn cashback on any order, but you must be signed in at checkout to see and use your wallet. It is tied to your email.

I paid by Cash on Delivery. Do I still get cashback? Yes, once the order is delivered and the return window has passed. You can spend it on a later online-payment order.

I returned my order. What happens? No cashback is paid on returned orders.
