What is GemVault?
GemVault is GemHub & Co.'s exclusive jewellery savings scheme. You pay 9 monthly instalments and GemHub covers the 10th as a bonus.

How does the 10th instalment benefit work?
After 9 consecutive monthly payments, GemHub adds an amount equal to one instalment. For example, ₹10,000/month for 9 months (₹90,000) gives you ₹1,00,000 of purchasing power.

Who can enrol?
Anyone aged 18 or above.

What is the instalment range?
Any monthly amount between ₹2,000 and ₹50,000.

Can I change my instalment amount later?
The amount stays fixed for the scheme duration. You can start a new plan with a different amount anytime.

What payment methods are accepted?
All major cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via a secure link sent on WhatsApp or email.

Is there a grace period?
Yes, 5 days after each due date.

Can I close the scheme early?
Yes, after at least 6 months you can redeem early. Before 6 months, your paid amount is refunded minus a small processing fee.

When does it mature?
After 10 months — 9 of your payments plus the bonus month.

Where can I redeem?
On any jewellery purchase from GemHub & Co. on gemhub.in or via WhatsApp/video call.

Are making charges and taxes applicable?
Making charges and GST are calculated on the final purchase, separate from your GemVault savings.

What if the jewellery costs more than my GemVault value?
Simply pay the difference at purchase.

Can I track my balance?
Yes, via WhatsApp and email confirmations after each instalment.

Can GemVault be combined with other offers?
It can be used alongside seasonal promotions but not with other savings schemes or loyalty programmes.
