Custom jewellery design at GemHub, in short

GemHub makes custom jewellery to order in India. You can bring your own design or a reference photo, or change one of our existing pieces. We are a manufacturer based in Gurugram, trading since 2015, and we sell direct with no middleman markup. You choose the stone (lab-grown diamond, moissanite, natural diamond, emerald, ruby or sapphire), the metal (BIS-hallmarked 9K–22K gold, 950 platinum, 925 silver or gold vermeil), the carat, the size and any engraving. Within 24 hours we send a free quote, a design preview and a timeline. Delivery is fully insured and free anywhere in India.

  4. Insured delivery to your doorWe ship free, fully insured and tracked across India, arriving 3–7 working days after dispatch. You can also collect it from our Gurugram showroom.

Can I get custom jewellery made online in India?

Yes. GemHub makes custom rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces and bracelets for customers anywhere in India. You send your idea through the form on this page, WhatsApp or email (care@gemhub.in). We reply within 24 hours with a quote and a design preview, and deliver the finished piece fully insured at no cost.

How much does a custom engagement ring cost?

The price depends on the stone type, the carat weight, the metal and how complex the design is. We make custom pieces for budgets from under ₹25,000 to above ₹8,00,000. For the same carat size, moissanite costs the least, lab-grown diamond is in the middle and natural diamond costs the most. Because we manufacture in-house and sell direct, quotes include no middleman markup. Quotes are free and you are under no obligation.

How long does a custom jewellery order take?

We send your quote and a realistic timeline within 24 hours of your request. The timeline depends on the design and the stone. If you need the piece by a certain date, such as a proposal or wedding, select it in the "Desired timeline" field and we will plan around it. After dispatch, delivery within India takes 3–7 working days.

Can you make a ring from a photo or Pinterest design?

Yes. Upload the photo, screenshot or sketch directly in the form on this page, or paste a link to it (Pinterest, Instagram, Google Drive or Dropbox). You can also email images to care@gemhub.in with "Custom Order" in the subject line. We will quote a version in the stone and metal you choose.

Can I customise an existing GemHub design?

Yes. On any product page, choose the custom order option. You can change the metal or gold karat, the stone or its carat, the ring size or the setting, or add engraving. The product you started from is attached to your request automatically.

Is custom jewellery from GemHub certified and hallmarked?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds come with an IGI certificate, moissanite with a GRA certificate, and all gold is BIS hallmarked. Platinum pieces are made in 950 platinum. Natural diamonds can be independently certified where applicable.

Can I return or exchange a custom order?

Custom, made-to-order, engraved, resized and personalised pieces are final sale, except for a manufacturing defect or an error on our side. This is why we share a design preview and ask for your approval before we start making the piece. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

Can I see stones or designs before ordering?

Yes. You can visit our jewellery showroom in Sector 45, Gurugram, or book a free video call to see stones and settings live before you approve your design.

Lab-grown diamond or moissanite — which is better for a custom ring?

Choose a lab-grown diamond if you want a real diamond, which is 10 on the Mohs hardness scale and comes with an IGI certificate, at a lower price than a mined diamond. Choose moissanite (9.25 on the Mohs scale, GRA certified) for the largest look on your budget and more colourful sparkle. Both are durable enough to wear every day in an engagement ring.
