Return & Refund Policy

At GEMHUB we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 (thirty) days from the date your order is delivered.

2. Condition of Returned Items

  • The item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned with all original packaging, the certificate of authenticity, and any tags intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are accepted only if returned unworn with any protective seal intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, made-to-order, engraved, resized or personalised pieces.
  • Items damaged through misuse, accident or normal wear after delivery.
  • Items returned without the certificate or original packaging.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email care@gemhub.in with your order number and reason within the 30-day window.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely with its certificate and packaging, and ship it using an insured, trackable service to the address we provide.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • For change-of-mind or other personal-preference returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–7 business days to credit the amount.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact care@gemhub.in within 48 hours with photographs, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

8. Exchanges & Resizing

To exchange an item or request resizing, email care@gemhub.in. Exchanges are subject to the same condition requirements as returns.
