Every GEMHUB order is shipped insured and fully tracked. Below is what to expect after you place an order.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 4–5 working days of order confirmation and successful payment.
  • Custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted to order and typically require 7–14 working days before dispatch, as noted on the relevant product page.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or events outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Where free shipping applies, it will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.

4. Areas Served

We ship across India. International shipping may be available on request — please contact care@gemhub.in before ordering.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we email/SMS you the carrier and tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

6. Insurance, Risk & Title

All shipments are insured in transit. Risk and ownership pass to you on delivery. A signature may be required for high-value items.

7. Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping charges may apply.
