What types of jewellery do you offer?
We offer rings (engagement, solitaire, eternity, statement), earrings (studs, drops, hoops, chandeliers), necklaces & pendants, and bracelets (tennis, charm, bangle, mangalsutra). Browse by stone — diamond, moissanite, ruby, emerald, sapphire, and more.
What gemstones and metals are available?
Gemstones: Natural diamonds, lab-grown / CVD diamonds, moissanite, ruby, emerald, blue & yellow sapphire. Metals: 14K and 18K yellow, white, and rose gold; 925 sterling silver; and gold vermeil.
What is gold vermeil?
Gold vermeil is sterling silver (925) coated with at least 2.5 microns of gold. It is more durable than ordinary gold-plated jewellery.
Are GemHub & Co. diamonds certified?
Yes. Diamonds are independently certified by IGI and GIA, confirming Cut, Colour, Clarity, and Carat weight.
Do moissanite stones come with certificates?
Yes. Our moissanite stones come with a Certificate of Authenticity confirming they are genuine moissanite.
What's the difference?
Natural Diamonds form over billions of years and are mined. Lab-Grown Diamonds are chemically identical to natural diamonds but grown in a laboratory, certified by IGI/GIA. Moissanite is a silicon-carbide gemstone scoring 9.25 on the Mohs scale — not a diamond, but a beautiful and durable alternative.
Is moissanite durable enough for everyday jewellery?
Yes. Moissanite scores 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale (diamond scores 10), making it ideal for engagement rings and everyday wear.
Does moissanite lose its brilliance over time?
No. Moissanite does not cloud, fade, or lose its optical properties over time.
Can I place a custom jewellery order?
Yes. We accept custom designs, specific gemstones, ring sizes, metal types, and engraving. Email care@gemhub.in with your requirements.
Do you offer video consultations?
Yes — complimentary video consultations on request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, UPI, net banking, and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by PayU. Prices are listed in INR.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Complimentary insured shipping across India on all orders, no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Crafting & quality check — 5 to 6 working days. Shipping & transit — 3 to 7 business days. Typical total: 8 to 13 business days.
Is my jewellery insured during shipping?
Yes. All orders are fully insured and tracked. A tracking link is emailed once dispatched.
What is your return policy?
Made-to-order & custom pieces — final sale (except if defective). Ready-stock items — return within 30 days, exchange within 45 days. First return ships free.
What if my jewellery arrives damaged or defective?
Contact care@gemhub.in within 48 hours with photos. We arrange a full replacement or refund including return shipping.
How should I care for my diamond jewellery?
Clean with a soft toothbrush, warm water, and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals. Remove before swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Store individually in a soft pouch or lined box.
