2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from this website.
3. Products, Descriptions & Certification
- We sell fine jewellery including lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, moissanite, gemstones, and gold, silver and 18k gold vermeil jewellery.
- Diamonds and stones are independently certified (e.g. IGI, SGL, GRA) where stated on the product page. The applicable certificate is supplied with the item.
- As our pieces are handcrafted, minor variations in finish, weight and gemstone characteristics may occur and are not defects. Product images are representative; colour may vary slightly with screen settings.
- We make every effort to display products and specifications accurately. We do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free and reserve the right to correct any errors.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). Applicable GST is charged in accordance with Indian law and shown at checkout.
- We accept payments through our secure, encrypted checkout via the payment methods displayed at checkout (cards, UPI, net-banking and other listed options).
- In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
5. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch.
- We may decline or cancel an order (for example, where the item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, or fraud is suspected) and will refund any amount already paid.
- To cancel an order before dispatch, contact care@gemhub.in as soon as possible. Made-to-order and customised pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
6. Shipping
Shipping is free, insured and tracked on all orders and is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery; custom, made-to-order and engraved pieces are final sale except where defective or our error.
8. Warranty
Our jewellery carries a warranty against manufacturing defects as described on the relevant product page. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repair.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the GEMHUB name and logo, images, text and design — is the property of Hamlet E Commerce Private Limited and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
