All product descriptions, gemstone specifications, certifications, prices, and availability are provided in good faith and as accurately as we can make them. However:
Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase, not a binding contract. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or stock issues. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you the shipping confirmation.
Payments on this site are processed securely by PayU. We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods displayed at checkout. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method, and that sufficient funds are available. We do not store full card numbers; payment data is handled directly by our gateway under their security and PCI-DSS standards.
Shipping, delivery times, and handling are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We are a direct manufacturer, and most pieces in our collection are made to order — produced specifically for you after you place your order. Pieces can also be custom-made in 14k / 18k gold, 925 sterling silver, or platinum, in custom sizes, or with custom stones.
Made-to-order, customised, and engraved pieces are final sale — not eligible for return or refund except in cases of manufacturing defect or our error. By ordering a made-to-order or custom piece, you accept these terms. Please review the full Refund & Returns Policy before ordering.
All content on this website — including text, images, photographs, product designs, logos, and the "GemHub & Co." brand — is owned by Hamlet E Commerce Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the website.
You agree not to: use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the site, server, or database; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing an order; use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the site or harvest data; interfere with the operation of the site or upload viruses, malware, or harmful code; or resell our products commercially without prior written authorisation.
If you submit a product review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and publish that content in connection with our business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hamlet E Commerce Private Limited and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or our products. Our total aggregate liability arising out of any single transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that transaction. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hamlet E Commerce Private Limited from any claim, demand, damages, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gurugram, Haryana. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
