Green Stone, Crowned Heart

A Round Cut That Reads Green

Heart and crown pendant with a green round stone, worn on the neck

The centre stone is a round brilliant. In these photographs it reads green through the middle with teal round the rim and a yellow flash across it, rather than blue. The video turns it slowly under a lamp.

Front, No Chain

The heart is an open outline rather than a solid shape. The stone is held in the middle of it by four small beads, with daylight visible all the way round the setting.

Three Quarter

Turned slightly, the crown lifts clear of the heart and the small stones set along its base come into view. The centre stone stands proud of the frame.

The back of the pendant

The Reverse

The back is plain metal. The crown is cut as an open outline with nothing set on this side, and the heart frame repeats behind the stone in the same two lines.

Seen from the edge the pendant is thin. The frame is pierced in a row of small rectangles, which shows how little metal is carried behind the front.

Held Up To The Light

Against a fingertip the stone reads green at the centre, teal round the rim, with a yellow flash through the middle. The listing calls it blue.

The crown above the heart is set with small white stones. That gives the pendant two kinds of sparkle in one piece: colour in the middle, and a plain bright line above it.
